Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seoon ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seoon is a software product for SEO specialists, bloggers, agencies, and content teams. Users submit public website URLs, site context, keywords, and workflow instructions to generate website analyses, topic ideas, article drafts, SEO briefs, and related content outputs. The Service operates on a subscription and article generation basis.

Seoon is not a managed SEO service, search engine optimization agency, consulting engagement, or human-operated content department. It is a self-serve software tool used by customers inside their own workflows.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Impersonate others or deceive users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use Seoon for prohibited categories such as adult content, sale of regulated substances, or other content that violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use the Service to make false SEO guarantees, fabricate search performance, or deceive customers

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Seoon software, brand, design, and all related materials are owned by the Operator and protected by intellectual property laws. The Operator holds all rights to the trademarks, service marks, and software comprising the Service.

You retain ownership of the prompts, website context, and source material you submit. Generated outputs are provided for your internal business use and content operations, subject to the restrictions in Section 4. The Operator does not claim ownership of generated outputs but may use anonymized usage patterns and outputs for service improvement.

6. Human Review and Responsibility

Seoon outputs are drafts only. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, and validating all outputs before they are published, shared internally, or used in marketing.

You remain solely responsible for factual accuracy, legal compliance, search engine guidelines, publication decisions, claims, offers, and any content published using the Service.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to the buyer terms displayed by the payment provider on the checkout page.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel anytime through the dashboard or by contacting support.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Output quality depends on the information you supply and the underlying AI models and may vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, rankings, traffic, revenue, or use.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access ends but any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
